Cunning Virus Spam

Just got two mails from "Microsoft" and "MS Program Security Department" but with obviously dodgy emal addresses (random user names at technet and advisor.msn.com).
The mail in HTML format looks quite official and even has a title bar with links to the microsoft support site. Its well written and warns about the latest security issues in MS products which the attached patch is going to fix.
People who don't know MS's policy (they don't send attachments and will only post links to their support site) might well fall for that.
*presses delete button*

I've had about 20 of them in the last two days and it's really beginning to aggravate me, since every time one appears my anti-virus software creates a pop up to announce it's prescence and whether I want to run through the quartine/ delete/ etc process.
