Got out of work early (wahey!) so I went shopping, bought some nice tuna steaks and some things I had run short on. Got home, fried the tuna steaks to medium and served them with creamed cabbage (which had some garlic and ginger) and potatoes. Yummeh!
I'd originally wanted to go to the Calling but now I'm full and I've had a big glass of Chardonnay so I'm going stay in and watch the pilot of the Bionic Woman remake (ITV2, 9pm) and then later, Dexter (on ITV1).

Not bad, actually. The pilot did a good job of introducing things and at the moment I want to find out more. She actually runs fast (in sped up camera effect) rather than extremely slowly but the twangy sound is still there. At least that isn't as annoying as in the original. ;o)
Oh, has anyone else noticed the BSG guest appearances (Starbuck as the other bionic chick, Chief Tyrol as the prison guy at the bar and whatsisface, that writer/reporter)?
One thing, though, where did she learn to fight? Having super strength and speed doesn't automatically mean you can suddenly pull off smooth moves, unless that was programmed into her implants, obviously.
If it can last remains to be seen.
