[TV] Bionic Woman

Not bad, actually. The pilot did a good job of introducing things and at the moment I want to find out more. She actually runs fast (in sped up camera effect) rather than extremely slowly but the twangy sound is still there. At least that isn't as annoying as in the original. ;o)
Oh, has anyone else noticed the BSG guest appearances (Starbuck as the other bionic chick, Chief Tyrol as the prison guy at the bar and whatsisface, that writer/reporter)?
One thing, though, where did she learn to fight? Having super strength and speed doesn't automatically mean you can suddenly pull off smooth moves, unless that was programmed into her implants, obviously.
If it can last remains to be seen.

I watched the first five episodes and though its not perfect I found the show rather enjoyable.

I enjoyed it, there was a throw-away comment about the implants giving her the powers of a fully trained soldier. Enjoyable and cannot wait until the next one. A nice twist was the sister, and what is the court-order with her about no computers.

yep there will be no more Bionic Woman. It did terribly in the US ratings wise and wasn't particularly well received critically either

I watched the first 3 or 4 episodes and got quite bored. It was an interesting idea but Michele Ryan as an actor couldn't quite stand up to many of her supporting players plus the scripts are a little weak. I maybe give up on it too soon, it might of got better but I had better things to watch
