The "Snake" will remain the most physically difficult move for me, probably also because of my anxiety to not twist my knees any more than I have to. I actually didn't feel any pain or even discomfort but I'm still a bit apprehensive. Sam gave me some tips which I need to work on but I guess my body structure needs to adopt more first, which means a lot more practice.
Right, for those interested, more details on upcoming Tai Chi events in Cambridge:
Monday, 29th of August (Bank Holiday): Public practice/demonstration session, Parker's Piece, 4pm-6pm
Saturday, 10th of September: Tai Chi Awareness day, New Square (the green bit between Grafton Centre and bus station), 11am - 4pm. Demonstrations, info stalls, opportunity to meet and chat to members of the TTCS, opportunity to sign up for beginners classes starting late September, etc. More details soon.
New beginners' classes in Cambridge:
Wednesday evenings, starting 21st of September
7:30pm - 9:30pm
Fulbourn Community Centre, Haggis Gap, Fulbourn

Thursday evenings, starting 22nd of September

While the Netherhall session is restarting as beginners', my session (Wednesday eve, 6:30 - 8:30, in Kings Hedges) will turn into a Reguar (i.e. Advanced) class.
