Jack Black is really just playing himself, isn't he?
I missed this at the cinema because I thought it'd be too silly but it's great. The best bit is that all the actors are actually playing/singing themselves (or at least it looks that way).

ION, dinner was pan fried liver with fried onions and a potato/swede/leek mash. It's been ages I had liver (pig's as you can't get veal liver here) and it was lovely.

Probably won't make it to the pub but will be at the Calling rather early.

School of Rock... rocks! Fantastic, though I did find at the time unless you were into your rock or knew your classic rock you missed a fair bit of it.

Remember Dog Soldiers? I was the only one in the whole cinema who cracked at the "There is no Spoon" line.

It's not quite as good as This is Spinal Tap but it comes a close second.

I saw it at the London Film Festival, it was their mystery movie. It was great. I'm glad I did or I probably wouldn't have seen it.

have you never realised that all Jack Black does is play himself?
He's very good at it, and if fitting for the part can be quite amusing, but its always the same damn thing.

I was actually very impressed with his performance in King Kong.
