DHL in efficiency shocker

Due to a mixup, they delivered a packet to my home and not my work address. I sent them an email (as instructed by the card they left) yesterday evening and the packet arrived an hour ago here.
This must be new as the last time DHL wouldn't re-deliver to a different address and I had to pick up the parcel from sodding Bar Hill.

Probably due to the regulator going Royal Mail does that since your going ahead against them, you have to offer the same service.
