He's the bloke who "commandeered" an abandoned school bus in New Orleans, packed it with 100 people and drove it all the way to Houston, being the first to arrive at the Astrodome before any official rescue convoys. He's now in danger of being prosecuted for this "crime" instead of being celebrated as a hero of the people and given a medal.
