It's a shame that this brilliant series didn't get a better slot in this country. I think it was occasionally on BBC 2 early Saturday afternoons.

I watched some Monk episodes on DVD last night, incl. "Mr Monk meets the Playboy" (in Series 2).
During that, something occured to me. As Monk clearly has a problem with scandily clad women, why does he never complain about Sharona's low cut tops and short skirt/kinky boots combos?

Because she's his nurse, I guess? But yeah, it's a superb series.

Is this the thing with the detective who liked good food and was set in the 40s or something?

No, this is the brilliant ex-cop with the obsessive-compulsive disorder (http://www.usanetwork.com/series/monk/).

Ah yes, I remember, this was on after the thing with the detective who liked good food and was set in the 40s.

Enjoyed it

When I saw the series on BBC2 I was hooked, I rated as highly as the ITV Productions of Sherlock Holmes they repeat on ITV3. Which I hardly miss, must read the books.

Tai Chi tonight, looking forward to it. Never went last week due to changed night causing slight problem.

Derek :)
