Last night
8 Oct 2001 02:55 pmCool game, one of the best Vamp and definitely Stratford ones in a long time.
Ran into some plot while feeding, was being quite distracted the whole evening as a result of it, not good when you're supposed to be on top of things as Prince ;o)
After the mature stilton of the last months' plots [sorry, Mark and Kath, there's no other way to put it], the new problems that presented themselves were interesting and realistic.
Still, Alucard's mind was set, anyway, and after realising that the Domain would be quite capable of dragging itself along, he stepped down as Prince.
What a relief, to be a normal Malk again, I even refused to take the position of Primogen, heh. No more responsibility but still quite a bit of status, maxed out now.
It was really a good game, with plenty of players and some nice political tension which had been sorely missing previously.
So I tip my hat to Kath and Mark, well done (the few pictures will be on my site later tonight).
I left before the end of the game to get home in time and to bed earlier. It was still past 2am as I was still too wound up, even after the tiring drive home through rain and strong winds. That's why I don't like Sunday evening games.
So, the road to ICC is paved. Should be a laugh, considering what we have planned (hehe).
I just hope that this whole Afghanistan affair won't escalate into a real war with global consequences...
