Those chillies tasted nice, though. Just the right amount of heat without being overpowering.
Made a vegetable based, thick sauce with mixed peppers, chillies, spring onions, garlic and tinned chopped tomatoes. Simmered for about 15 minutes and served over gnocchi. Burp. Enough left for tomorrow, too.
