Tai Chi on speed
6 Apr 2005 11:04 pmWas a bit late due to work stuff and they had already started doing the set ... fast. It was fun but remembering what comes when is even harder as you don't have long to think so I got completely thrown out a couple of times. ;o)
The second set was at normal speed, though, possibly even a bit slower.
Then the revision continued, slowly moving through the first few moves while paying close attention to proper movement and stances (i.e. the five principles). This revision is the second step towards how Tai Chi is supposed to be, when it really starts affecting your body. A small step into the right direction.
Considering I'll post regularly about this and not everyone on my friends list might be interested, I'm thinking of creating a filter so let's do a poll.
