No wonder they're almost extinct. Tonight we learned how to beat up tigers. Very sad but also very good in terms of Tai Chi.
There were only four beginners (incl. myself) so it was nice and intense.

Taoist Tai Chi (http://www.taoist-tai-chi-gb.org/) which is based on the long form of the Yang style. I only just started in September, we're almost halfway through the moves.
I really like it a lot.
