"Move Hands Like Clouds" made a little more sense this time and we practiced it until our arms fell off.
After that we learned a new sequence which involved standing on alternating single legs and "kicking" so first our arms got a workout and then the legs. *groans a bit*
(For those who know about it, it's "Reach Up To Pat Horse", "Separate Foot to Right", "Seperate Foot to Left" and "Turn and Kick").
This is going to be interesting next time...

However, I noticed results. If someone told me to stand on one leg and move like that three months ago, I would have stumbled or at least wobbled precariously. I've learned how to shift my weight and balance better, also something I've noticed when having to step over things.

I like these updates, they're rather interesting. In fact I've been looking into joining a class myself and for once St. Neots actually has something I may want to do at a time I should be able to make. You can thank all these tales of being worked to death inspiring people to try something new :)

Cool!

I've already recommended it to various people. ;o)

Have a look at the Cambs website (http://www.cambs-ttcs.org.uk/locations.htm) of the TTCS. There's currently a beginner's/revision class in St. Neots and various others in the vicinity.
