karohemdWhy and how could I have missed this guy so far? Probably because I don't listen to radio enough and judging by his looks only he's just another pop pap boy. Oh no, this man rocks!
I'm watching/listening to the gig at Blenheim Place on BBC1. Wow! It's like traditional jazz but with nice modern twists to it and performed with a modern, care-free attitude that's just fun to watch.
I just thought of a strange analogy: He's doing to jazz what Jamie Oliver is doing (or used to do when he was still fresh and funky) to cooking.
