raggedy_man's last night, chatting to people, watching films (Class of Nuke'em High and Rising Sun, the latter being so slow that I went home half way through).
- The price of the Nikon D70 kit coming down to 900 quid in the UK, which means I can get it here before Christmas, unless the price in Germany falls more rapidly.
- Only three days of work this week and next week. I have Thursday off to prepare for Octaine and pack for GenCon, Friday - Sunday GenCon and then two days off to relax and get things done at home.
- The First Stone rocks. OK, it's hardly high literature but it's very compelling and I can't wait until all the mysteries are revealed. I see an early time for bed with the book.
- I seem to have lost some flab. I can again close the button on my blue jeans which are a 32 and need an extra hole in the belt for my 34s. Looking back, I have watched what I eat a bit, dropping some sweets and crisps and eating more yoghurt and things as snack instead.
Boo:
- ad noiseam being shit and only now working on orders sent a week ago which means I won't have the new cdatakill and scrap.edx albums by Thursday. OK, they were busy at Maschinenfest but still, there should be at least someone working on orders if you're running a mailorder site.
- not getting anything done I wanted apart from three loads of washing. I suck. :o(
- need to have my exhaust checked that was replaced a couple of months ago but I can't find the receipt. It's still attached but dangling around which isn't good. I don't want to lose it on the way to Minehead or back.
