karohemdDue to too much LJ (and bounciness), last night was really late and the night really short.
Good thing work wasn't that busy and just consisted of some standard things, really.
Tai Chi was good. The class has already shrunk by about half so it's getting a bit more personal already. We started from the beginning again, refining the moves from last time while concentrating on proper posture, balance, distribution of weight etc. There are a couple of rules for all the movements with only a few exceptions and as soon as you realise those, things go much more smoothly.
We only learned (or tried to learn) two new moves, the first being basically reasonable easy while the next one was really complicated (a number of weight shifts with a lot of arm movements in strange directions). Everyone was groaning at the last one but i'm sure we'll get there eventually. Again, I at least managed to face the right direction with the correct foot forward in the end. ;o)

susanofstohelit and mcghiever again, at the Cambridge Blue this time as it's nice, non-smoking and without annoying music. H really liked the Cassels but it was a bit too much for her. ;o) We chatted about various things, from accidents with fires to music. Everybody was really tired, though so we left well before closing time and said our good-byes.
Shower and bed now. A number of farewell dos tomorrow night. Free Friday and weekend.
