I would have enough money to buy this bunker (thanks to [livejournal.com profile] lsur for the tip-off), be able to acquire all planning permissions (big problem: it's Grade II listed) and raise the funds to convert it into a club, gain an entertainment licence and tadaa, new alternative (game) venue in Cambridge.

I can dream, OK? ;o)

It's certainly worth making enquiries. However, the key thing that can kill a conversion project like this is the state of the air conditioning equipment. A lot of these bunkers have had their air con units removed to provide spares for the many bunkers that the government are retaining. Without them, the bunker can just not function and replacing them is incredibly expensive.

Ventilation is probably the biggest factor, especially in a windowless concrete block like that.
On the other hand, I don't think soundproofing would be much of a problem. ;o)

All the screams would be nicely contained. I was property manager for NATO and RAF bunkers and they are fascinating places - if you like that sort of thing!

The super-bunker at Casteau in Belgium actually sits on springs and floats in a bath of water.
