Another short update

Went into town yesterday to have lunch at the Ugly Duckling with puddingcat and hardwired but was a bit early so I stopped over at Fopp. I was good, though and only bought two DVDs and two CDs....
In the evening, I went to the Cambridge Blue for some more food and owdbetts' birthday drink.
Went home because I felt really tired but couldn't really sleep so watched Jeepers Creepers on 4. Not bad as modern teenage slasher films go but probably not worth the 4 stars given by the Radio Times website. Good to see the non-happy ending, though.

Week at work looks to be a very busy one with one colleague on holiday and another on leave due to family things, so there will most likely be little time for going out and stuff as I need to be fit.

Manchester next weekend, yay!

As predicted, I like the Rammstein but the other is a bit too trad goth for me. Strange how you can tell music by the cover, isn't it?

oh my god I so hope you are wrong! Last time I checked, Affleck's was still open but Collusseum, the gothy place across the road had shut down.
Ur... no, they can't shut Affleck's. I would have heard about it. Chris was there only a couple of weeks ago.

I really want to go to Implant (http://www.clubimplant.co.uk) at one point, though. I'd love to go to the one on 3rd September (just look at that line-up!) but I have to take that weekend off.

I've never been to rockworld... would like to though.
I need a new pair of jeans from Affleck's. I walked through the bottom of the last pair, plus after my mum set about shrinking all my clothes they are the only thing that still fit. Hardcore jeans resist the boilwash!! haha.

That's nice of your mum. In all those years I've washed my own clothes, I haven't managed to do real damage, except maybe a white t-shirt ending up in the black wash.
