Calling Edinburgh
19 Jul 2004 07:34 pmAs I'm thinking of going to the special Finsternis night on the 22nd of August, I was wondering the following:
If I were to fly to Edinburgh on the 20th, coming back on the 23rd, would there be anyone able to provide crash for little me (a couch or even a bit of floor would be plenty) for three nights? This would be an ideal opportunity to have a look around the city again and maybe go to some of the (Fringe) festival events.
I'm currently looking at flights but so far it seems a bit expensive (about 80 quid) but if I could get hold of friendly acommodation, that would be doable.
Many thanks in advance!

Date: 19/7/04 06:58 pm (UTC)Train would be a 5 hour journey one way and at least one change from Cambridge, and a workable connection would be 86 quid as I don't have a railcard.
