I bought yesterday what I thought was Kika no Sekai by mono no aware. It turns out, the cover is right but the CD is actually Kitanai Yatsu, an earlier album. Thankfully, I had neither but it would have been nice to get the one I actually wanted. Hm, won't be able to get down to London before the 15th. Bummer. I hope they'll exchange it.

A haiku (or would be if I actually understood the rules for writing them):

Wrong CD not buyers fault,
Vendor liability,
CD-R sings temptation.

But that would be very wrong, of course...

I think it's 5-7-5 syllables for haiku.

I would never think of doing that!

But yes, they will have another mismatched pair at the shop now so it's in their interest to swap it.

Shouldn't be problem as long as you still have the receipt & the cd is not damaged or anything. If you have an email address for them, you could also try & send them an emai alerting them to the fact that a)they are likely to have another mismatched CD somewhere and b) you'll be returning yours to be exchanged
