I hate Fopp!

Finally wasn't completely snowed under at work so I could go out for lunch and walk into town to relieve Games&Puzzles of some of their stock. Got there and it was closed due to staff illness (just read that razornet came down with food poisoning but mageboltrat as well?), so I went to Fopp instead.

And just to prove to faerierhona that it's not just a phase, I bought a shitload of Americana CDs at bargain prices (the Johnny Cash albums on American I didn't have yet, a Townes van Zandt album, a Gene Clark album and the Alison Krauss & Union Station one). Also bought some Clash, Iron Maiden, a Funk and a Dance compilation.
*grumbles* Will I ever be able to walk out of that shop with fewer than 10 CDs?

Hmmm. We were vaguely considering coming over to see what they had tomorrow, but if there's a possibility they might be closed, I don't think we'll bother with the (rough guess) 2.5 hour drive....

We'll be opening tomorrow. mageboltrat is out of town, I was struckdown with food poisoning, at least I think that's what it was, but feel a bit better now and should be able to run the shop tomorrow.
