Now that was more reaction to the Nuremberg clubbing weekend suggestion than anticipated. I'm definitely up for it now.

To recap, leave on the 6th of May from Stansted (8:30pm), coming back Sunday, the 9th.

I'll have a look around for places to stay and things and as soon as I know how many people we'll have, I'll sort that out or pass on the links/phone numbers to book.
If it's only two people in total, I might even get us crashspace with friends. This remains to be seen.

Plane tickets everybody will have to get themselves, though. For times and booking links, see the main post. I'll probably move this post to a current date as updates become available, so the info will be out there.

Some links to start:
Official Nuremberg page (in English)
Sample playlist of Kinder der Nacht (Friday)
Sample playlist of Elektroindustrie (Saturday)

And don't forget the opportunity to shop for alternative music CDs at a high street shop for about a tenner each, so pack your credit cards.

So, SO jealous...

Empty pockets. *Cries*

And Nuremburg is one of my favorite cities.

Gahhhhh.

Ah but does it have clothes shops?

IIRC, a few but nothing really spectacular compared to London.
Clothes shops aren't really my strength...

I thought you said Kinder der NAcht was a trad club ;p

IIRC, I said more trad than Full Tilt. Strange thing is that the people are more dressed more trad than cyber, despite the music...

May I reccommend Underground at 39 Konigstr (in the city centre). They also have a website at www.underground-deutschland.com but I haven't checked it out yet.
Very well stocked goth/alternative clothes store which has left me 150 Euro lighter. Still, I have two new pairs of trousers.

I might be up for another trip to Nuremburg (didn't make any clubs this week) but will have to check schedules as I'm due to go to Copenhagen in May to meet up with friends and am still trying to get my Brazil trip sorted for the end of that month for the convention there.

Underground is pretty much the only one.
There's also "Kensington Market" but that's pretty much it.

Just remembered, there's also Vampiria but as the name suggests, it's a bit too tacky for my taste...
