Update: It arrived at about 10:30. One day longer and they would be in hell.
It works with my old SIM but I'll activate the new one, anyway as I will get 10 quid credit for free. I still have 16 quid on the old SIM so I'll use that up and then switch over.
Many functions I still need to get my head around. Need a quiet area to test ring tones...

British Telecom still haven't completely managed to get it into their skulls that they don't have a monopoly anymore. It's, what, twenty years or so since they were privatised and how many years since deregulation but, though they may be trying to compete on price now, their Customer Service still sucks! Personally, I'd much rather pay a little more knowing I'm not going to get buggered about as and when something may/does go wrong.
