Orange morons

As I still haven't got my phone and I never got any reply to the two emails I sent, I just called them and after being held for 10 minutes I finally got to speak to someone who then told me that they only received the order this Tuesday (I had placed it Monday last week) because "the website can only handle 1,000 orders a day" and it takes a week to get to them.
When I complained that the website said that orders would be delivered within 2-5 days, he said "from the day we receive them". Well, bloody well put this info on the website! If they had, I'd have gone into town to the Orange shop where they probably would have had the same offer...

Idiots!

I got an automated confirmation email with an order number and the info that I'll have it in 2-5 days. This seems to work. What doesn't work is the process of passing on the orders to the people who process them...
