karohemd | Good start of the weekend

Friday
Finished work, got takeaway, changed and got picked up by

robinbloke. Uneventful journey to Evil². Chatted to Karolina and

zenmeisterin a bit and then walked a long way to the next tube station which was miles away. A couple of delays later and we arrived at EB at about 10:50. Still very quiet and of the people we knew there was only

onyxtears.

faerierhona arrived eventually sporting a fantastic new hairdo which according to Rhona "pulled more than I" as everyone commented it and had to stroke the undercut ;o).
Music picked up and it was a really good night. There were loads of people, including

isalani,

imnotagoth and

wildrogue,

nevecat and

pure_simon,

madwitch,

cryx,

themadone,

barty,

matthewp and probably some more I can't remember.
Got a lift from Rhona to Evil², gave her her present (The I'm Fairy Strange t-shirt) and relaxed watching Lilo & Stitch which was amusing enough not to fall asleep straight away. Crashed out on the floor probably about 5ish but not much sleep was to be had because I had some trouble getting comfortable and breathing and then

robinbloke reduced all the wood in the flat to sawdust...

Saturday
Got up a bit before 10, had breakfast consisting of pain au chocolat and the gratefully received bacon sandwich that was left from the breakfast

vilenspotens and

ksirafai cooked. Finally met

elethiomel as well. Watched a bit of Matrix Reloaded and then headed off to Camden.
Strolled around the shops and market a bit, found that The Lock magazine had handy vouchers for free meals at Wagamama's and headed there. New people turned up as well, including

pinkalexx and Dave,

lanfykins and

crag_du,

jonny_eol and others. A short wait later we had a table and ordered. They forgot about my green tea twice but I got two in the end. Had the seabass fillet from the special menu which was very good, even if the garlic butter rice was a bit strange. Next time I'll have some ramen, though.
More walking around Camden's various markets and stalls, chatting to people and actually not buying anything.
Got dropped off by Rhona at London Bridge and headed briefly to the Vamp game to say Hi to and hug people and pick up a bar of lovely intense choc from

hildekitten. Thank you!!

There was a bit of confusion about where the bus stop was but we found it eventually. Unfortunately, Robin couldn't remember the correct stop and the very helpful lady probably told us the wrong one as we walked ages til we found Acorn Walk. We saw some foxes again which was cool.
Brief chat to Karolina and then off home. A little insecurity after Tower Bridge but then there was no trouble getting home at all.

Very knackered now. I'm going to take a shower now and then go to bed. Good night!
