Last night's update

Went to the newly refurbished The Druids (not much changed, the window frames and pillars are black now but the rest of the interior is the same, just the sign outside has the new name). Hm, I wonder where the old pub sign got to...
Came too late to join in Devil Bunny Hates the Earth so just watched while waiting for and then eating my Steak&Ale pudding (the night's special, not bad at all). Paul had brought the Judge Dredd boardgame which was good fun and was won by Vicky.
The barman actually saw sense and put the sound corresponding to the projection TV on (Kerrang! at the time) so we had some reasonable music as well.
Left just before 9 because I felt a bit knackered, got home, gave Nicki the good news, did some more CDs and then wanted to go to bed but got stuck on Die Hard 2 until it was finished :o(.
Still busy at work which will last well into next week. I want a holiday, now!

sea_cucumber's birthday party on Saturday, should be a good laugh. Hm, need to make more CDs.
