Found this link while LJ hopping. While for most of you the video will be a good laugh, for people like suzerain the animation method (described in excruciating detail) will be more interesting.

I read elsewhere that the moves are an exact replica of John Travolta's dance solo in Saturday Night Fever and Michael Jackson's performance at the 25th anniversary of Motown.
