This seems to be a common failing.. the Uni Library in Aber is sliding down the hill.. they had to build an anchor building on the back of the block!
The new extension on the front of the Learning Centre (its a library, but they have to try to be hip) cant have any books put in it, 'cos they forgot to account for the weight of them as well!
