Bloody government. Over 15 quid less in my payslip now. Bastards.

Bought some interesting looking cheese (Adrahan) at ASDA for lunch, only to find out when I get here that it's far from being ripe yet. *sighs*

Still have at least two loads of washing to do.
Also need to type directions to Stoke and print them. At least I have the whole of Friday off.

Good Adrahan is lovely- (there is this wonderful cheese shop in Edinburgh, called Mellis, who do absolutely fabulous Adrahan...)

It looked interesting so I bought a wedge but only saw later that it really isn't ripe yet, white and crumbly in the middle, just a bit softer and more transparent on the edges which I think it should be everywhere.

I'll keep it for a couple of days and see what I get.

That sounds about right, actually, the consistency is supposed to be a little crumbly.
