Now that was fantastic. What a nailbiting finale and a fitting end, too. I hope they're going to repeat this on Channel 4 because more people need to see this. I was sceptical at the premise (asbo superheroes) but it turned out rather fine indeed. Excellent, tight and funny writing (Nathan just banged out one oneliner after another today) and reasonable acting, too.
In case you missed it, you can watch it all on 4oD (or buy/rent the DVD). I highly recommend it.

It was very good wasn't it. And nicely set up for a second series. Beats Heroes into a cocked hat. It so refreshing to see something done in 6 episodes instead of 22.

They set up some very interesting moral decisions (eg why "freezer", not "rewind"?). You cared about the characters, despite them being set up to be scum.

The hunt for the missing superpower was also very nicely handled. I thought for a while it would be "resist superpowers", but then he heard at least one telepathic call. There are multiple other people with powers, and yes, season 2 has been left open. Hopefully they will pull him out!

Indeed, and that is so important.

There were suspicions flying around the net it was healing because Nathan was the only one alive (but was cut and bruised) after Curtis' big reset.

I started watching it purely cause I saw your updates about it... Glad I did! Loved the series :D

I'm quite sure many more missed out. 10pm on E4 on a Thursday isn't exactly a prime time spot.

I was thinking for a while in the episode that super-hoodie who rescued Nathan was an idealised, perfect Nathan, as he thought the only thing he could want was more of him. But his actual power works well too.

So much better than heroes. I'm surprised it hasn't got more press in the various scifi websites.

Heh, that theory went around twitter last night, too. :)

The "YAY! ... Oh ... that's just great!" moment was just a perfect ending.

*nods* I think they dismissed it just like I dismissed it before I watched the first episode.
