[TV] Misfits
17 Dec 2009 11:26 pmNow that was fantastic. What a nailbiting finale and a fitting end, too. I hope they're going to repeat this on Channel 4 because more people need to see this. I was sceptical at the premise (asbo superheroes) but it turned out rather fine indeed. Excellent, tight and funny writing (Nathan just banged out one oneliner after another today) and reasonable acting, too.
In case you missed it, you can watch it all on 4oD (or buy/rent the DVD). I highly recommend it.

Date: 18/12/09 02:58 am (UTC)The hunt for the missing superpower was also very nicely handled. I thought for a while it would be "resist superpowers", but then he heard at least one telepathic call. There are multiple other people with powers, and yes, season 2 has been left open. Hopefully they will pull him out!

Indeed, and that is so important.
There were suspicions flying around the net it was healing because Nathan was the only one alive (but was cut and bruised) after Curtis' big reset.

*nods* I think they dismissed it just like I dismissed it before I watched the first episode.
