I really should cook dinner but Coast is on and it's in Norway. Shame that Mark Horton is doing the bit on Viking longboats...

This fridge raid pasta sauce is going to be a killer. Leeks, cherry tomatoes, a tin of anchovies, garlic, tomato puree, hot smoked paprika, mixed herbs. It already tastes wonderful and will be brilliant when it's simmered for another 10 minutes.
Really hungry now, though.
