This fridge raid pasta sauce is going to be a killer. Leeks, cherry tomatoes, a tin of anchovies, garlic, tomato puree, hot smoked paprika, mixed herbs. It already tastes wonderful and will be brilliant when it's simmered for another 10 minutes.
Really hungry now, though.

I never implied it was a poor man's dinner, just that I didn't specifically shop for it.
Oh, did I mention that all the ingredients (except the anchovies and the spices) were organic? ;o)
