Another bout of insomnia/inability to go to bed last night which I spent finishing Season 1 of TOS (such superb episodes as "The Devil in the Dark" and "The City on the Edge of Forever" (with all the remakes of TOS eps in TNG, why did they never pick up on the Guardian?). I got four hours of sleep.

Before that, I watched an excellent episode of Misfits which deserves better than be hidden away on E4.

Before that was a fun episode of QI and some remarkable pictures from the Scottish Highlands on Natural World.

I've given up on The Restaurant, it's just a farce now so I watched River Cottage instead (I wanted something of everything they made in that episode but especially a slice of those sirloin and brisket roasts).

Early bed tonight. *nods*

Sorry about the insomnia. I find that whisky helps, but I know it just keeps you awake! :(

Alcohol definitely doesn't help me. Hot chocolate keeps me awake, too. A good wank isn't really effective either anymore.
I think I need to try just going to bed without being dead tired.

Cardio-vascular (non-masturbatory exercise during the day should help.

For various reasons, I've been very lax with doing Tai Chi in recent months. I really need to fit in half an hour of foundation excercises again. I could even do this while watching TV.
