ION, what a difference two hours more sleep make. I definitely feel chirpier this morning so if I can keep this up, I should be fine by next week.

Also, why does it always have to get really windy on bin day? Last week, the street was full of plastic bottles, today it's paper. The solution would obviously be bins with lids but that's a bit much to ask for, I fear.

Hm, making a "hungry" icon last night was a bad omen, I think. YumYum hasn't shown up yet and when I got to the front of the queue at Cheeky's, he only had a sorry cheese&pickle white bread sandwich (yuck) left...

I'm currenlty watching the fence of the building site next door being slowly obliterated (three panels are now missing) by the wind and am amazed that the flag poles are still standing and the flags are still attached.
Cambourne seems to be a bit worse off as redshira's roof is losing tiles.
