Food added to my eaten list during this holiday

Catfish, crawfish, alligator, black drumfish, andouille sausage, gumbo, real jambalaya, bisque, etouffe, beignets, and other things.
I wanted to buy a cookbook but didn't have the luggage space.

*groans*

Still feeling a bit fuzzy around the edges but better. Should have gone to bed earlier but played around with a few photos instead.

Probably not going to last long after Tai Chi tonight although that usually picks me up. Hope that I won't have much to catch up on.

[Tai Chi] The First Hurdle

We've done it, we know all of the set, all 108 moves plus the bow at the beginning and end.
We did the whole thing twice in a row without stopping at the end. I'm hurting but I feel great.

And now the real work begins...

Dracula at Cambridge Arts Theatre

This could be interesting.
Would anyone fancy coming along? How about the Tuesday after Easter? The weekend itself will be a bit crowded, I guess.
