28 Aug 2002 09:30 amDecided I needed a hot dinner after a long day at work so I cooked some pasta and made a simple sauce with a can of chopped tomatoes, a small tin of anchovies finely chopped, a generous shot of piri-piri sauce, herbs de provence, salt and pepper, cooked for about 20 minutes until nice and creamy.
Basically, a variation on Penne a l'Arrabiata without the olives.
