the PC game has finally made it to retail and look at what that did to the price, almost half of what the official website charges for the download (you don't even get a CD).
I've ordered a copy and will play around with it next week. Yay.

Curious on that one. Likes the board game years ago at school. Thought speedball and a few other old games were close, but this could be interesting !

40 quid was far too much for potentially not liking it but at half the price I'm taking that risk and various people whose opinion I trust in that regard like it.
I'll probably start turn-based to get back into the feel of things and then see how it goes.

I have borrowed my nephews copy to try and even on easy I just find it too tough. Seven games before I got a single touchdown!
