Succulent Art of Meat pork chop (seasoned with salt, pepper, Spanish hot pimenton), baby aubergines (from the new Al Noor grocers at the bottom of Arbury Road opened this week, their fresh veg selection is stll a bit small) quickly fried in the meat pan while the chops were resting, salad of locally grown nobbly cucumber - so much better than the large, watery glasshouse ones, new potatoes (both from the greengrocer in Arbury Court). Om nom nom.
