I was far too lazy to cook tonight so I had cold dinner: Chorizo Iberico, mature cheddar, a creamy blue cheese called Castellan, Boursin, ciabatta, mixed leaf salad.
Actually, this is very much like what we would have in Germany where the main (cooked) meal is usually lunch, at least where I come from.
