Greetings from ICC 2002 Team
ICC is now T-Minus 49 days and counting down until the RED HOT SIZZLING EVENT, October 24th - October 27th in Dallas Texas. We really really want to bring you the best ICC possible and we want you to be well informed!

ST INFORMATION:
CHARACTER REGISTRATION
This year we are doing ICC Character registration a bit differently.
First we have a new policy; THE HONOR POLICY
The Honor Policy is in effect for ICC and everyone will sign off on this at check-in in order to be permitted to play in any of the games. The content of this policy is as follows:
1) I have read the Venue Style Sheets for this event, including all OOC/IC restrictions.
2) I understand that the Honor System is active, if I am caught cheating, the ICC Coordinator (after consultation with the Venue Lead ST and the ICC-AMST) will dock the maximum MC allowed per the Tome (2 MC), and will suspend me for a period of no less than 3 months, and may choose to suspend me up to the full 6 months their position allows. My characters in all venues will be desanctioned with no appeal.
3) For all approvals, Regional or Higher, I must have the approval number on hand for IC Check-In, or that approval item is denied me during the event.
Secondly; All the Venue VSSs are available to read on-line. It is very important to read these now, because some of the Lead STs have deadlines for specific items, character types and such listed in the VSS.

2 Complete Copies of your character sheet, signed by your current CST (Must include Experience Log and Expenditure Log and have on the sheet any RST + Approval numbers for any item on your sheet that requires such.)
2 Copies of all your item cards with the appropriate signatures upon the cards
Your CST Name and Email address
Your CC Name and Email address
Your Current Member class (a letter, card, or document showing current MC level award by the awarding Coordinator)

ICC has finalized and posted the Convention rules, Liability Waiver and Model Release Form on the Prime Site.
Those attending the convention, you will be asked to read these, along with reading the VSSes for each venue, the Honor Policy, the Check policy and then signing that you agree to abide by all the rules before being admitted to the Convention.

ICC NEEDS YOUR HELP TO BE STELLAR!!
EARN NATIONAL PRESTIGE EVEN IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND!!
ICC 2002 this year has a special approval for additional Prestige that can be earned by Members. ICC is looking for donations of materials, items, equipment, and services to help support the convention. This is a GREAT way for folks who can not attend ICC, but would love to help out in some capacity and earn NATIONAL prestige.
On top of the standard 1 - 10 per Item donated (25 max for the convention) which all of that can be national prestige if donating critical/high items and equipment to be utilized for the convention, we have been granted the ability to award an additional 60 prestige, of which 20 of this can be national prestige for donations, volunteering etc. Check out our Donations Wanted page to see what are the critical needs for different Departments.
We also have our Hall of Fame page, those who have contributed items to ICC. This page is one of many ways we show our Thanks to them.

That's Right you are reading this correctly. This year we're really wanting folks to pre-register instead of waiting until the convention to register. We're extending the $35.00 pre-registration price until October 15th 2002. Admission price for purchasing at the door will be for $45.00
We need you, the members, to pre-register so we can get a better count of attendees, guarantee we provide have enough people to help provide a high quality level for at convention services. What you the member receive for pre registering, is speedy check-in through the Pre-registration line, pre-printed badges, and the nifty special treatment.
