What is the point of your so highly praised priority system if you never send me anything from my High priority list and only stuff with low priority? I wouldn't complain if all my High and Medium priority things were new releases but there's a lot of stuff that's been out for months or even years or shouldn't be in high demand.

Oh, that's odd - I don't think I've received a non-high priority disc in the year I've been with them. I guess none of your high ones have an hourglass wait icon next to them either?

Might be worth dropping them a note to ask?

As I said, I wouldn't complain if that were the case.
The last batch contained one mid and two low priority discs (or possibly even three low) and I have 25 at mid in the list. It's been rather random recently. I'll see what the next batch brings.
