Dexter - I knew it!

When the sister's boyfriend first turned up today, I thought that there was something dodgy about him. Why I didn't twig it earlier, I don't know, it's so obvious. As a surgeoun specialising in amputations he knows how and where to cut.
He must never have talked to the security guard as he treated him afterwards and the guard would have recognised the voice.

The geek was never a suspect for me as he seemed to amateurish.

I think the thing about the security guard is what throws people off. Damn what a cliffhanger. :D

Dexter is excellent. I actually guessed it was the doctor when he was in with the security guard and they were talking about the lozenges. Was good to have it confirmed.
