Argh, stayed up til 2:30 last night reading Blood of Mystery. Finally managed to wrench the book out of my hands at the beginning of the last part. Wow, what revelations. The characters are becoming deeper and deeper by each page. More and more of the history of the world and the characters' backgrounds is revealed, throwing some assumptions completely aside while at the same time being consistent. The only odd thing is the time paradoxon which is a bit dodgy but I still have to see one that's actually done well.
Might be at the pub tonight if colleague's bday do falls through (the poor girl has too much work on her desk).
