karohemdI noticed quite a few changes in town today: the Grand Arcade looks like it's going to be indeed finished sometime this year, Christ's Lane is almost finished (at least the shops) and there are few new places (the waffle house next to the Soul Tree is quite good) and the granite boulder sculpture in "Fisher Square" (between Lion Yard and Soul Tree) is cool. I regretted not having taken my camera.
On the way back from the top floor of the bus I noticed that the school at the corner Milton/Gilbert Road has been completely demolished, there's just a huge patch of dirt. Does anyone know why and what is going to be built there instead? A new school or another apartment block?
Now lamb steaks are marinating for dinner and the evening is most likely going to consist of TV and DVDs or maybe I'm actually going to sit down and try and make a dent into my reading pile. Housework and stuff tomorrow.
