Pop in the Park

Wandered to Parker's Piece after work, had a look through the "French Market" and bought a selection of Corse sausages (yum) and a bag of Herbs de Provence, met up with
dreamingchristi, strolled around a bit, got some food, chatted about various things and listened to and moaned about the bad girly and boy bands on offer. The Totally 80s band wasn't that bad, actually. Christi left and Tony Hadley came on (of Spandau Ballet fame) and he was really, really good. Good band, he can still sing and they played all the classics. The crowd also finally woke up a bit.
They showed Monsters Inc afterwards which I hadn't seen before so I stayed for that. A number of good laughs, quite enjoyable.
Went home, had some sausage and bread and chatted on IRC. Bed now.
