Dinner tonight

Creamy Cauliflower and Stilton soup with flat beans and mushrooms (and I still have some of those), using the leftover stock from yesterday as base. it was rather lovely.




When I plated it, I realised croutons would have been nice but it was too late...

Well, as I'm on my own, there's always a quite a bit of stuff if I can't buy the exact amount I want. It was a whole cauli, though, thankfully a smallish head.
