karohemdTonight I made a risotto with asparagus tips, flat beans and mushrooms:
Veg stock I made last night, almost depleted because I only thought of taking stage photos towards the end. Sorry about the state of my kitchen but I haven't had a chance to clean it since cooking last night.
The risotto base about halfway through cooking, just after a ladleful of stock had been added.
Steamed asparagus tips and flat beans, to be added just before the end
Freshly grated Parmesan
Plated
Imagine some parmesan shavings on top which I forgot and didn't want to set up the camera again.
