Or not, as the case might be.
So they banned the advertising of cheese during the Simpsons but last time I saw it on SkyOne the show was still sponsored by Domino's which is hardly health food...

What about children's favourites like Wallace&Gromit? Will they be censored?

Silly!

Oh for goodness sake! What's so bad about cheese? It's not as though it's addictive or anything!

OK, so it makes you fat. So does anything if you eat too much of it!

I've never seen real cheese being advertised during children's TV, anyway -- just horrid stuff like Cheesestrings, so I'm quite happy to ban those ;-)

Although really if it was up to me, there would be no advertising at all during children's TV, like in Sweden.

Yeah, I think Cheesestrings and plastic cheese slices advertising should be replaced for adverts for STILTON and WENSLEYDALE. Then children would at least grow up with taste.

Excuse me, is this a joke I am failing to get?
They've banned ads for CHEESE?
What?
What the fucking fuck?

Have these people cheese for brains?

The country where you can buy deep-fried just about anything and two-kilo bars of chocolate has outlawed ads for cheese?

And it's ironic when you consider that most of what is shown on television is PURE cheese!

Baaaaah!

Are they aware that the dialogue:

Wallace: "Why don't you come in? We were just about to have some cheese."
Wendolene: "Oh, no! Not cheese. Sorry. It brings me out in a rash. Can't stand the stuff."
Wallace: *gulp* "Not even Wensleydale?"

rescued that company? (Link to Wikipedia)

"still sponsored by Domino's which is hardly health food..."

And, y'know, includes something that might very loosely be described as cheese.
