I need a bath bomb recommendation for [livejournal.com profile] jupiter_jones. She would like me to bring one when I go visit her next month but can't tell by the description on the website what they will smell like so I'm asking you. She's after something nice (rather fruity than flowery) but it mustn't be overly cloying or sweet and it shouldn't have any glitter or other bits that are getting everywhere.
Thanks in advance!

Hmmm, okay - a lot of Lush's bombs do have bits in or are very sweet - but there's one they do called Happy Pill which is shaped like an enormous tablet and is mild and citrussy :)

Ooh yes, get that one. Those are enormous too, and can do a few baths if you break them up.

I like that one- smels like sherbert. All the rest I like are floral and with glitter or petals!

Avobath - citrussy. Allegedly contains glitter, but not the kind that sticks to you.

Blackberry - smells of blackberries.

Haagenbath - not fruity, but minty and chocolatey!

The Happy Pill - orange and grapefruit.

Most of the others are very sweet and floral, or contain irritating bits. However, irritating bits can be contained by sticking the back bomb into a cut-off stocking before chucking it into the bath. So I would also recommend Big Blue - contains seaweed, but smells divine.

The blackberry one smells like hot Ribena. :)
It does turn the water a murky shade of grey though!

You could always opt for a 'Black Pearl'. They are LOVELY and of course, if she's a 'Pirates' fan.

She is (at least a Johnny Depp fan) but she doesn't want the glitter...

Is that one glittery? I can't remember there being any glitter of any note in/on it when I used one!

'Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds' is nice, sort of patchouli and other relaxing things. Last time I looked it had no glitter, but is a bath bubble bar rather than one of the 'fizzy' bath boms

I was trying to think of it's name... yes, that one IS lovely and it's big enough for two or three baths too :).

Hmm, that might work as a backup. Thanks!
