Cool film, go and see it!
[livejournal.com profile] andrewdavies will love it.
I had no idea it would be so funny (in a way Evil Dead or Braindead is funny, although not that bad).

Good acting, nice scenery (shot in Luxembourg), decent prosthetic and gore effects.
Very enjoyable if you don't mind gratuitous violence, swearing and gore. Another example how f***ed up the BBFC is, that film would never get anything less than an 18 in Germany (and the steps are 6, 12, 16, 18 there).

Weird thing in the credits: All the carpenters were German.

Well, the phrase "there is no spoon" will never have the same meaning again ;o)

They cheated on the transformation! When Ryan transformed, he hid under the table and came up fully wolfed. Boo! Hm, maybe better than some dodgy CGI attempt.

I'm not freaked out by gore and splatter and violence at all usually but what really got me was the noise the sword through Ryan's body made as he pushed it into Coop's mouth. *shudder* Probably some kind of bad memories from the dental procedures I had to endure when I was a kid...

Why did Megan suddenly change dress? First she was in a lumberjack shirt and then suddenly in a skimpy white top...

And boo, it was the infectious lycanthrope routine.

Is it as weird as the fact that you were looking closely enough at the credits to read the names of all the carpenters? :)

I just noticed some German names and THEN read the whole section and realised this...
